MAHARA creates concept-driven jewellery and accessories crafted primarily in 925 sterling silver and related materials.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, detailing, polish, oxidation, stone placement, or overall appearance may naturally occur. These subtle distinctions are not defects, but part of the individuality and artisanal nature of each creation.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors, textures, and finishes. However, actual appearance may vary depending on your device settings, display calibration, lighting conditions, and screen resolution.

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time depending on environmental exposure, moisture, storage conditions, skin chemistry, and usage habits. Such natural changes are characteristic of silver and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

All product descriptions, pricing, imagery, packaging, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product, collection, or release at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MAHARA.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or intended for resale.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not always be possible.

If we cancel, reject, or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, or billing details provided during checkout.

Purchases made through the Services are subject solely to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export.

Delivery timelines provided by MAHARA are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, operational disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

All content available through the Services — including but not limited to designs, jewellery concepts, trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, text, visual identities, packaging designs, branding elements, and website content — is owned by or licensed to MAHARA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

MAHARA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online storefront and commerce infrastructure.

However, all purchases, transactions, and interactions conducted through this store are solely between you and MAHARA.

You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and MAHARA, including product quality, fulfillment, refunds, shipping, or customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or disputes arising from purchases or interactions with MAHARA.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
