How do I return a piece?

Return requests must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, the piece must be returned:

• unworn and unaltered

• in its original condition

• with all original tags, packaging, and protective materials intact

Once approved, our team will coordinate the return process with you.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

All pieces must remain unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and passes our Quality Control inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• up to 7 business days for standard processing

• up to 14 business days during peak periods
